An Absence of Clarity

Sales teams require clarity and most lack it. Chunking annual goals into daily and weekly activities with KPIs and a visual scorecard is essential. Elite athletes have the vision (Olympic glory) and their coach breaks it down into monthly, weekly, and daily training blocks.

A Failure to Follow Process

Most sales teams do not follow their sales process which is why sales teams individual performance can fluctuate wildly from the process they follow to the pitch they deliver.
